Plumber tackled a toilet leak that two other plumbers had previously abandoned. He promised to fix it in 3 hours and... did it in two, and was very neat and polite while doing it. Best of all he didn’t overcharge. Thanks so much!read more

Booked a moving out service and the appointment was confirmed a week ago but was a No Show on the day of the... appointment. This I get yo know 2 hrs after waiting on the day , It was like I was stood up,
I was asked if I could reschedule, obviously it was a ‘No’ cause I was moving out but the lack of planning etc specially with an appointment a week earlier was appalling. Zero accountability, slow on the communication , casual approach etc.
Things happen but stand tall ,chin up and fix the problem.It might be just one bad review or experience but ultimately it’s a customer gone forever. Never bank on someone who promises but never delivers. Either way Good Luck Local Service.read more

I called plumber at 8:45pm on a Saturday evening when my washing machine had backed up and flooded my kitchen floor,... dripping water down through my neighbor's ceiling. He offered to come immediately - quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and waited for the washing machine to run a couple of cycles so we could be absolutely sure it was working correctly. The plumber was professional, cheerful, and efficient. His service was top notch and I would absolutely call him again if I needed plumbing assistance!read more
